Working again with TRC Tourism to deliver a suite of nine destination management plans for Perth and Surrounds. With an overarching Destination Management Plan, six Subregional Action Plans for Perth City, Fremantle & Rottnest, Swan Valley & Darling Ranges, Sunset Coast and Peel & Rockingham, and three Regional Tourism Development Strategies, it was a big job, but a fantastic piece of work. A great team made this a totally enjoyable project to lead.
