West x North West Data Hub

The West and North West region of Tasmania is a stunning and unique part of the country. I am particulalry fond of the West Coast as I had the pleasure of living there for a couple of years working with tourism operators to build products that aligned with the needs and desires of their markets.

It was a great privilege to work with the CEO of the Regional Tourism Organisation Tom Wootton to build a Regional Data Hub that bringing all of the most relevant and valuable data for the region into a comprehensive platform to help develop strategy and decision making.

This platform provides Tom with a clear handle on the composition of the industry, where his market is coming from and what they are doing, as well as some leading indicators on how things might look in the coming months, which is critical to planning with the indusrty in this recovery time.

I am pleased to have received a glowing endorsement of this work from the West x North West Regional Tourism Board and I hope it is very useful as the region moves forward!
